Who are we?

The Italian pizzeria restaurant Osteria del Bivio, simply called "BIVIO" by its loyal customers, opened its doors in October 1994. Chef Patrick Bretin earned his stripes in France at a two-star Michelin restaurant in Auche, the land of foie gras, at the Hôtel de France, owned by André Daguin, and then in Paris at Faugeron, before returning to Luxembourg, his native country. There, he worked at the Patin d'Or at the Kockelscheuer before opening its doors under the name "Auberge de Schuttrange." Four years later, he decided to transform the restaurant's concept into Italian cuisine with a pizzeria. A home and office delivery service was introduced in 2013.
